You have a picture but no sound. First thing to check is the volume setting on your television.

To do this, just press the VOLUME UP / + button on your handset (remote control).

If there is no indication of anything happening, you may have to try the buttons on the set itself.

All televisions have volume control buttons on the frame of the set.

Look under the front of the screen, or on the side of the frame.

You may be running the TV through a surround sound system, and the volume is turned off on that unit, or it is on the wrong input setting.

If you are watching the TV via a Foxtel or settop box, the volume may be turned off on this unit or the Foxtel box may require attention / resetting.
